Beaches and tropical nature are quite nice, but nobody would dare entering the sea. Besides of crocs and sharks, deadly jellyfishes are spawning in estuaries and spreading around. Beautiful, relaxed part of the world. So easy to kick back & chill out. Lots of accommodation options, restaurants etc Also a great base for exploring other areas around Cairns, Port Douglas, Atherton Tablelands etc.

Stayed for 10 days absolutely loved it. Had an apartment facing the ocean, literally 1 minute walk across the road. Beach is beautiful sandy and clean. Plenty of free BBQ areas to use beachside a load a few breakfasts by the ocean. Plenty of places to eat and drink, spoilt for choice. Can't wait to visit again....

I would not hesitate to return to these apartments. The cleaning staff were so obliging. Quiet, no noisy street, driveways a bit steep, but manageable.

Although it's a beautiful beach it has a short sand area so not much room for taking a sun bath or playing with children. Across the road there are nice cafes and restaurants and also a few areas to play with your kids like a public playground and public toilets. I like it however it doesn't seen like a very... More

Did all of our site seeing with Trinity Beach as our base. It's a beautiful area not far from Cairns airport and a great spot for easy access to major tourist attractions.
