I go to Nudgee Beach at least once a month just to get quiet. It is a great place just to walk through the park, the mudflats, raised mangrove walk, or sit in the park or on the beach and just watch and dream

Brisbane has 3 islands off shore so no sand and surf beaches only mangrove tidal water front - not a beach - so don't be fooled unless you like swamps

Not REALLY a beach...more of a waterfront location for a picnic etc. Great to give the dogs a run but not really a swimming spot as it is very muddy with difficult water access.

Probably the most disgusting place I have been to. It is not a beach it is a mangrove swamp that stinks when the tide is out. Much better places to go.
