Uniting Saint Andrews Church is a beautiful historic renovated building with lovely stained glass windows. It is atmospheric, easily accessible as it's within the city of Brisbane, and well worth a visit. If you can visit when concerts are being held, it's even better. I pop in once or twice a year when visiting Brisbane as it's a peaceful beautiful... More

This is my 50th review and I almost walked by it. I just happened to stop long enough to notice the building beside me was a church. It's stained glass windows had wire mesh across them to protect them from the drunken yahoo's the stumble around after a night at the nightclubs or pubs drinking...at least I am presume this... More

This Church is significant to our family as three generations before me have all been married there, so I wanted to go inside and have a good look around. And once you do you will see why it is so popular. The high ceilings, with the light shining through, make for a beautiful sight.

Another city church used for Lunchtime Concerts when the City Hall venue was out of action. Traditional type of church- pipe organ, stained glass windows, traditional pews and furniture.

The Uniting St Andrews Church in Brisbane is actually quite big, but it is dwarfed by the cities skyscrapers that loom above it. A nice red brick building, it is open for visitors throughout the week, from 11-2. I missed a look inside this church when I last visited, so this time I made sure I was there during visiting... More

The Uniting Saint Andrews Church is a nice, modern church, with a lovely arched roof and an impressive tower on the corner. It was closed on the weekend when I went past, but is open on weekdays between 11-2. Yet another of Brisbane’s interesting churches and worth a look.
