A truly beautiful old-churchy feel. Lovely light up at night, and easily accessible from MANY train stations within the City Circle Line in Central Sydney. Do make time for this church. There are also many other churches in the vicinity, but there is always time...More

Being in the heart of the CBD, this Church is a true reflection of how Sydney developed over the years. The building looks unique, and is easily over-looked amidst the high rises in this vibrant part of Sydney. For worshippers, the religious side is perhaps...More

We went to this church for Sunday Mass. The church itself is very quaint and tucked into the facades of the block. They have a sweet little courtyard next door where the hospitality ministers offer coffee and run the bookstore. It dates back to the...More

Having visited many churches in many countries, this one is exceptional, and one I keep going back to when in Sydney. It is beautiful, serene, well worth the effort to visit, and a true proponent of the best in Pope Francis. It is also the...More

A must for those that love traditional churches. When you've done all the iconic Sydney tourist things, do yourself a favour and visit St Pats. It's in the heart of the Rocks district, so easy to find and tag onto an exploratory rocks visit. It's...More

The St.Patrick's Cathedral is right in the heart of Sydney city and amidst all the new high rise office and commercial places that have sprung up around the church in the last few decades. But the church retains it serenity and is a place for...More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
