I love taking my visiting friends to this beach. So much views and not very crowded place. Lots of places to sit and relax or just go for a walk. Restaurants and cafes are all accessible. Very clean beach and surrounds.

Coogee beach is my favourite in Sydney. It's clean, relatively calm and has a great selection of restaurants and cafes nearby without the seediness and pretentiousness of Bondi.

Nearby shops with plenty to choose from to eat or just go to the local supermarket to save a little money. Has seating where you can have a beer and watch the waves or go for a swim supervised by life savers.

Like all the beaches along the coast they are very nice, clean and peaceful. I have to write 100 words and I have no clue what more to say about a beach.

Lovely sandy beach in sheltered cove SW of the city. Pleasant parklands surround the beach area, with plenty of food and drink places nearby.

We ended up here because we did the Bondi to Coogee Beach walk. The beach is pretty - we arrive at dusk so it had a beautiful sky.

My family travelled to Coogee to see the sculptures at Bondi. We visited this beach while staying in Coogee. I loved the beach. The waves weren't harsh and it was a pretty view

One of the best beaches in Sydney and it has a special designated pool ONLY for ladies and that is brilliant. (Not that I don't like sharing the beach with guys, just that I feel more comfortable sharing the pool with ladies). There is a...More
