One of the best places to visit is Giles Baths, located at the northern tip of Coogee Beach. There’s a lot of naturally formed rock pool and you’ll encounter it along the famed coastal walk. It was just too cold out but I was so...More

Reasonably sized crescent beach with grassed backing area so you can take your choice of sunbathing terrain. Beach shelves gently into the sea and there are bathing pools at one end - all pretty good for families - although there are areas of seaweed underfoot...More

Lots of beach and park activity here. It's a terrific mix of tourists, locals, recent migrants and ethnic groups. Lots of fabulous restaurants along the street front and fun people watching

Beautiful beach. Quieter than Bondi, better swimming. Easy to get to by public transit. Better still, treat yourself and stay at the Crowne.

Coogee Beach is in a quaint town that is fun to visit. It is smaller than expected, but still a beautiful beach.

Great beach, clean facilities. There was an adorable restaurant there- Coogee Pavilion. It was the nearest restaurant inside I’ve been to. The beach was closed when I went but lounging on the sand did fine.

If you have visited Bondi this is probably the next beach to visit. Great beach and if you are doing the tour of the beaches in Sydney. I would highly recommend.
