Spanning the city center to the North Shore, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is a wide steel arch bridge known for its beauty as well as function, providing a crossing for cars, trains, bikes and pedestrians. While the more daring can do the BridgeClimb to the top of the structure, opened to traffic in 1932, anyone can enjoy a walk for free.

This was my fourth visit to Australia, and on each of the three previous occasions I had toyed with the notion of climbing this bridge. The general prospect of the vistas such a climb might offer was compounded by my training as a civil engineer...I really wanted to have a close up look at the construction of the bridge. And... Climbing the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge was AMAZING! The views were spectacular and the tour guide entertaining and knowledgeable. All the staff encountered there were lovely and helpful. While it is expensive, it's worth it! Special thanks to Mitch our tour guide, you do a top job!

Heavens opened up when got to the top but the views are amazing and our guide (Loz I think her name was- terrible with names sorry!) was very knowledgeable and was happy to talk to everyone in the group not just us at the front. A must for anyone visiting the city

Good activity, some .ice stories to listen to, nice guides. An activity that can be on the bucket list for a Sydney traveller. We enjoyed it a lot.

The Harbour Bridge can be seen from many, many places within Sydney. Hence, you don't really need to make much special effort to see it. It is quite the sight. When one takes the ferry to Taronga Zoo, there are exceptional views of it.

I walked the bridge from The Rocks across and back. The views were spectacular! It is quite a hike to get there and you may need directions to the stairs. I asked some police officers, one of which very kindly walked me to the correct corner and pointed out the sign at the top of the very steep street. There... More

A fun day out and it's free. You can walk under and across for free but you need to book in advance if you want to do the bridge climb and walk to the top. View it from the water, the nearby parks or the road underneath. In the sunshine or the rain it always looks magnificent. My view today... More

Well known image of Sydney and for a bridge it's pretty good looking! So good we climbed over the top and got some great pictures along the way. Best views are probably from a harbour cruise.

It was a really cool climb and our leader Alejandro was super nice and knowledgeable. It was a spectacular way to see Sydney. Only problem, you can't take your own go pro, it's a way for them to sell you pictures in the end bc who wants to go on this experience and not get pictures.

We really thought we could do the bridge climb but realised after climbing the tower we may not have the fortitude. Amazing views from the tower, enough height for us. Lots of tourists again taking photos, but a well worth climb.
