Westfield Sydney is a one stop shop that caters for everyone. Prior to renovation of centrepoint tower, it was affordable food, shopping. After the renovation, it's a luxury shopping centre with signature food court with fine dining experience. Food is of top quality but expensive, world class shopping centre with top clothing outlets. Even the restrooms are of top quality.... More

I dunno what I enjoy more, the shopping or checking put what's new in the Food Court... best time to go is early to avoid the work crowd and then have a late lunch so you can find a table. My fave is Din Tai Fung and Via Del Corso...

This mall has many shops, the higher end ones seem to be on the upper floors, lots of name brand designer stores. The food court on 5 is huge, many different types of food available and is very popular with the locals during lunch. Prices are good and the selection was amazing.

2/3 of the shops are higher end and basement and lower levels has more affordable items. Food area at the top is great though with a large variety of options.

It wasn't so long ago I used associate Westfield with Durban shopping malls. The Westfield CBD is a class above the Durban fare. During your lunch break you are welcomed In the likes of Prada, Versace, Bose, or Microsoft's flagship store, whilst upstairs ASIC the financial markets regulator watches over the financial markets and well being of the Australian market.... Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
