The ride was very comfortable and not too crowded. They were efficient and everything was clean. We took the ferry from the main harbour to Manly Beach. Make sure you get the Opal card.

Seems a bit expensive for public transport, but a bit of fun and easy as a way of getting around. I did the trip with my young son and he really enjoyed himself.

Brilliant.. Sydney ferries are the best! They should never disappear! My experience, always on time, clean, polite stuff, efficiently run! A contributing, necessary part of living or being a tourist in Sydney Sydney ferries should never disappear, not one service! Ideal for travelling with children!
