The quality and variety is very good although it is not the cheapest bread around which is what you might expect. They have operations in South Melbourne and a market pop up in Mornington on a Wednesday which is a good opportunity to get the bread in a regional location

Visited today with 3 children aged 10-13yo. This place runs baking classes and workshops during school holidays ($40pp for a 2hr workshop) . My kids really enjoyed the class, however they felt that it was more of a demo rather than a hands on experience. Nutrition and food hygiene were supposed to also be discussed with them, but they had... More

Was so excited to visit Brasserie Bread , the menu sounded delicious - whoever the copywriter was should be highly commended, crispy bacon poached eggs (bacon was not crispy and eggs poached to death) Poached eggs with smoked trout , danish feta (was definitely not smoked trout more like smoked salmon) Would highly recommend for their yummy breads but definitely... More
