Having visited the Museum of Ham, we thought we ought to also see the Museum of Cheese. Small and simple, examples of tools and several videos that show the cheese making process. All in Spanish, but not hard to figure out. Unfortunately, no samples.

Muchas gracias Rosa. The museum tells you all about the Queso de Casar. You go through the various rooms with information boards and three videos all are only in Spanish. Rosa the guide took us round the museum and explained all the rooms and exhibits....More
