Caving with Free Spirit Tours exceeded expectations! Tim, our guide, was super knowledgeable of the area and was lots of fun. The caving was much more intense than we expected - crawling through crevices deep into the earth. An all-around incredible and unique experience. One warning - Don’t wear nice clothes!

With a group of 13 women on a bachelorette weekend, I wasn’t sure how things would go. To my immense relief, we had an amazing time with Tim and Travis this weekend on our snowshoeing and cidery tour! The booking process was easy and quick, Jenn was able to accommodate our large group and communicated quickly with me for any question I had. Tim and Travis picked us up right at our Airbnb to take us to our snowshoe spot, a beautiful location along the Bruce Trail. They made sure our group was safe, was well-equipped and had fun! We had a pregnant woman in our midst and they made sure the pace was appropriate for everyone, stopping for breaks whenever necessary. They were both very knowledgeable and provided fun facts from the area. After we finished our snowshoe look, we hopped back in the vans and headed to Thornbury for a flight of either wine, beer or cider! They settled us in, made sure we were all having fun and brought us some snacks as well. On the day we went, the roads were particularly bad, however we felt very comfortable in the van because they drove safely and cautiously. Because the roads were bad, it took us a bit more time than expected to drive to and from each location and our tour ran long, but the gentlemen did not pressure us to hurry and drove us home when we were ready to leave. All in all it was a great experience, it was a good value for the price. I would highly recommend this tour group for any activity you are planning. Such great fun!!! Until next time!!!

My brother and I did the snow caving tour today with Jim. It was an amazing experience! We had never done anything like this previously and we definitely felt like this was a perfect way to spend our day. We were not disappointed! This tour is okay for beginners and the guide makes you feel comfortable and you do not have to do anything you are not comfortable with. It was definitely a work out with a lot of tight spaces, but so worth it! Thank you for the experience!
