Walk my dog here every week, the work the local team do to these beautiful historic gardens is seen every week. Keep up the good work.

The old school grounds are lovely for walks and picnics. There are some seating areas dotted around. Kids love the adventure and all the trees and greenery.

This is now a brilliant space to explore. Lots of events throughout the year and great variety of plants, trees and wildlife. Nice to walk round by yourself or with grandchildren.

Even though the old school building has been knocked down the grounds have been done up and planted by the local Speirs Committee. The grounds are as charming and as regal as they used to be with the beautiful trees and the gated entrance and old drive way.A pleasant summer and winter walk.

Visit here often and it is a lovely place to walk, with or without dog. Good variety of plants, and some rare trees, as well as native ones. Open spaces too as it was once the grounds of a very well-known school, since demolished. There are sometimes guided tours with the very knowledgable ranger, Roger Griffiths.
