After standing in a queue for an hour we we never stayed as long as we thought we would have. The kids got fed up as we had to wait for getting on the rides

Pre booked so no queue, went into the main area and it was packed, with lego everywhere all over the floor with kids throwing it around. We thought it would be exciting and unique as our kids love lego and have a few of the current sets and lots of bricks from their older brother. Badly organised havoc is more... More

We arrived quite late as my little boy was poorly travelling to Manchester. We got 50% off the tickets as we purchased them from an advertising man outside the entrance in the Trafford shopping centre. Very friendly staff. Lots to do, rides, 4d cinema etc. Much more to do and better than expected. We also got free tickets to go... More

We arrived early on Sunday 19th feb to be greeted by a queue which didn't seem that long, 45 minutes later we were served, we paid £56 for 2 adults & a 5 year old, we were then told we had to join the other queue for another 20 minutes! Nobody could tell us why though?!! Finally we get let... More

Visited today with my 8 year old daughter and have to admit it was a bit of a letdown for me, my daughter enjoyed it though which I'm grateful for. Quite expensive for what it is.... pre booked tickets for 11:30am but because of the length of the queue we didn't actually enter the building until 12:30!! Trying to keep... More

I took my grandchildren for a day out to legoland using a half price voucher. Little did we realise we had to queue for nearly an hour in the cold to buy a ticket and be given a time slot for an hour and a half later. Unfortunately the queue for pre-booked tickets was also very long (approx 45 mins).... More

We visited mid week Feb half term it wasn't too busy so queues weren't long. The initial presentation about lego production was fun for younger children but my nine year old daughter wasn't that keen. The two rides we went on - shooting Trolls etc and bicycle flyers were good and the 4D cinema excellent. We did everything we wanted... More

Not knowing what to expect we went with an optimistic approach. On arrival to the complex the queue was quite long, but as half term not unexpected. There were staff walking the line which was good and info readily available. We have a merlin pass so asked if there was a quicker line. The lady said the priority line was... More
