Very enjoyable visit. Free wine tasting was a real education and treat. Great place to stop along the 222 tourist drive through the Chianti.

Very nice winery that overlooks Radda. Martino gave us a quick tour of the winery which was nice. The wine wasn't great though.

I've never been disappointed: the wines are amazing, the staff personable and knowledgeable; and, the beauty of the "cantina" and surrounding grounds is positively spectacular. Casalvento is well...More

I felt like we were pressured to buy wibe as the tour was "free". Unfortunately the expensive Chianti classico we bought left lots of unpleasant sediment in the bottom of our glass - not a nice experience. Avoid.

Sorry for the delay in answering, I am just now seeing your question. You must have a car or catch a taxi or uber. No shuttle bus that I am aware of.
