We came down for and amazing weekend lost in the wildness and it was so perfect! No internet and candle lights instead of light bulbs! It was very romantic and adventurous.

When you get to Santiago town square, ask for directions to the gravel road all the way to the Hot Springs and waterfalls. This a beautiful oasis set against a canyon to explore both a hot spring and a number of small cool alcove pools...More

Be sure to look at other reviews to get really directions. After a long ride on a bumpy dirt road, you'll reach the parking lot. It's a short hike down to the falls. Be sure to wear closed toe shoes as it's a rocky hike....More

I mostly want to correct some out of date or inaccurate information that appears on other posting. We were at the falls yesterday, March 11, 2017. Also please note that I am a 75 year old male in reasonably good shape who likes adventure and...More

A beautiful, tranquil respite from the madding beach crowds at Cabo. Santiago is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from Cabo San Lucas. You drive past San Juan del Capo through a sere desert landscape. Take the exit to Santiago. As you enter the town,...More

We heard about the waterfalls and decided to take a day trip from Los Barriles. We looked on-line for directions and the ones we found were horrible. But after several back- tracks we found it. A beautiful site but a little cold for swimming. The...More

A short (10/15 minutes) path through the beautiful landscape takes you to the waterfall. The pond has crystal clear, very cold water (it was not that hot on the day so we did not swim in it), surrounded by big boulders, low vegetation and tall...More

Rancho Sol de Mayo does have the beautiful waterfall which is spectacular and a refreshing anomaly - something unexpected in the Baja Sierras. In addition to this feature, you will be able to meet several Xolos, the hairless, national dog of Mexico. The official name...More

The best place we've been in that area. I could stay there all nine days. Clean, with a easy access (even tough is far from the cities, a car ride is enough to get there) and BEAUTIFUL.

We drove to the falls from San Jose del Cabo. Like other reviews the drive is half the fun especially once you are on the dirt road. The falls are nice and the hike is fine just note it is steep in places and about...More

Hi. It's about 25 minutes from SJD, so add from CSL to that. There's a clearly marked overhead road sign to Santiago on the highway. Once you're in town, there are many signs along the way to the waterfall or ask any local... More
