This is a footbridge that was once a railway bridge over the River Tyne. It has spectacular views and makes for an interesting walk if you are near to the village of Wylam.

We parked in Wylam and walked to Prudhoe along the line of the old railway, crossing Hagg Bank Bridge. The view of the bridge as we approached was dramatic, and the little village of Hagg Bank added interest to our walk.
