Overall...it was a nice "beach" in the middle of the ocean... safe place to do a bit of swimming and checking on the corals.

As part of one day tour in Raja Ampat, we stopped at this "floating sand "...It is amazing to experience walking and playing on the floating sand in the middle of deep sea. I see this as a new born island..or not?

The pasir timbul beach is the pile of white sand that can be visited when the water recedes only. In tidal conditions the sand drowns and the island is gone about a meter under the water.
