We started our walk with lunch at La Proa Casa Reyes at Meloneras beach (which was great - see my separate review for that under the restaurant's own tripadvisor page) and then decided to walk all the way from there to Maspalomas. It was a...More

This is a great promenade - clean, level, with adequate seating. As you stroll along there are cafes, shops, and a supermarket. At certain times street artists are performing. A really pleasant walk to chill and enjoy the sea and the sun.

Nice old light house and access to the beach and dunes, plenty of places to grab a meal and a coffee or something more refreshing. Not to many hotels around so plenty of open spaces and a small exclusive shopping centre. Well worth a visit...More

We were very fortunate to be staying at the Riu Palace and occasionally popped out to have a morning or afternoon stroll, either left to the Supermercado and high end shops (just window shopping!) towards the Lighthouse or turned right heading towards the cement factory...More

We stayed in Meloneras and were only a couple of minutes away from this. Enjoyed many evening walks along this stretch after dinner.

Lots of nice restaurants and shops but all very high end. Ideal for window shopping. Stoney beach at this end of the resort but nice promenade.

A very busy, flat promenade from the lighthouse along to Meloneras. Sea and rocks on one side and bars and restaurants along the other. Great to stop off for a drink and people watch or to have a good meal in one of the restaurants....More
