Really enjoyed sauntering round this area. We arrived when there was a major festival going on and the town was decked in medieval regalia with bands and knights on armour which all added to the experience. The cobbled streets were steep in places and difficult...More

It is what it is, an old town that everybody who visits Tossa will spend some time wandering round. It reeks of history, traffic free, the only downside being the huge and many groups of escorted visitors who are ever present.

Lovely traditional Spanish feel - worth a visit! Beautiful views from the highest point and stunning at night when illuminated. Relaxing and tranquil feeling whilst there.

A fabulous way to spend a morning, exploring the castle and the adjoining streets which house excellent restaurants and quaint shops. We were very excited to visit the Marc Chagall painting in the gallery.

The old town although restored, retains its medieval feel, with cobbled streets and surrounded by walls and towers. Beware,. Cobbles can be difficult to walk on.

Do you mean a child's buggy when you say 'pushchair'? If so - parts of it are accessible if it's an all terrain buggy - I did see someone with a buggy the day we were there. However, quite a lot of it wouldn't be suitable... More
