We visited on a Groupon voucher. As non German speakers the staff were very helpful. After getting changed in the immaculately clean changing rooms we went through to swim. A variety of indoor and outdoor pools if you go through the indoor pool side, also a chance to just pay for being in the outdoor pools, thus featuring a diving board and many pools plus shade if needed. Our favourite part was the salt bath pool, pure relaxation it is around 6 euro each to enter that part of the pool but its worth it! Definately with a visit!

The sauna complex is divided over three floors. The second floor which is also the entrance is the main floor. It contains the most sauna's (different temperatures), an outer cold pool, a steam bath, two small pools and changing rooms /lockers.
There is also the access to the adjacent swimming pools and a bar facility with limited opening hours.
The 3rd floor is partly renovated with a nice lounge, a hot pool and an outside area.
The ground floor needs a complete upgrade which we understood was planned already.
In general the sauna were reasonably big but the interior was cut in such a way that seating on the lower and middle benches were rather limited. For the occasional sauna user, the benches in the roof of the sauna were often too hot especially during an 'aufguss'.
The Thermen also offer massages (not to be mixed up with the massage salon in the Vital Hotel!). The massage itself was excellent.
We look forward to the upgrade of the sauna's especially those on the ground floor.
The combination of the Thermen/sauna complex with the Vital Hotel next door is recommandable due to the direct access.

Some of the areas are not well kept, skipped some areas because they looked dirty. Adjourning hotel also needs a new carpet. There are much better Thermes in Germany. We went on a Sunday and it was rather empty, we had several saunas to ourselves.

We have been there many times, and keep going... Big variety of pools and saunas. Sometimes there are no parking spots unfortunately, and we had to go a little while..

This place is great, lots to do and at a very good price. My girlfriend didn't use the spa up top where no swimwear is allowed but I did. With myself, I like to be clothes free in a spa and back in UK we only have a couple at far travel distances. The spa up top is really good, about 5 sauna rooms at all different temperatures, salt room, 2 little pools, cold pool and warm pool up top. Being the only british person in there at the time was a bit awkward, but soon felt fine and it was also good to see other males and females around my age in there.
When I visit Germany again, this will definetly be on my places to visit again.

If your after a afternoon in the summer at the outdoor pool or a swim session in the 25m pool, or simply to wear the kids down on the slides and aqua river, whilst you chill out in the salt bath or sauna, this swimming pool has it all and is presented in a clean and comfortable environment. Definitely the best swimming pool in the area and I have visited it time and time again. My family and friends love it,

We visited whilst on holiday in Paderborn. Only 22 euros for a family of 4. Plenty of lockers and a good changing area. Indoor pools are a little small but there are a couple of slides and jacuzzis too. More pools outside and plenty of loungers to relax on. Cafe serves decent food at reasonable prices. Worth a visit
