One of the worst beaches in Barbados. The water itself is alright, has a beautiful blue colour, but it wasn't calm. The ground in the water is uneven and you must be careful if you can't swim. The beach and enter to the water is rocky. Everywhere around are some ruins of old /unfinished hotels and some huge factory in the back. On our way to the paradise beach we passed only factories /warehouses, the area is very industrial. We also passed the 'hot pot' and saw a big rusty pipe in the water (probably from the factory). All the things together made us a bit concerned when we swimmed in the water. There is some beach bar at the end of a paradise beach, but was closed (October 2019). I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone to go there. Instead, go to the Crane beach. It is also empty, peaceful and very beautiful.

this quiet beautiful beach is most tranquil. The water is warm very blue and safe. The hillto the beach is quite steep. If you stay at Paridise Villas at top of hill their cots are free. The beach extends for walking almost to bridgetown. this is the capital ofBarbados. Paradise Beach will not disapoint

In my view this is the most beautiful beach in Barbados. It was a peaceful experience as there were only two people on the beach, no bars, no water sports, just you and the beach. The water was warm and calm and as with many beaches in Barbados,a beautiful strip of white sand.

The most beautiful peaceful beach. You can walk down to Brandon’s beach right up to batts Rock Beach. The entire stretch of this coast line is stunning.

This is our 5th visit to Barbados so we decided to visit the much rated paradise beach. Pros Beautiful sand gently sloping into the sea. Deserted Natural Cons Right next door to the power station, puffing out thick black smoke The derelict building site View of the deep see port with container ships in and out So if you sit in the sand and do not look to your left you will not see the power station or deep see port, and don’t look behind you and you won’t see the derelict/unfinished building site......you might think this is paradise. It’s a shame the beach itself is beautiful.
