It is best place to spend full day with family. Lakshman temple surroundings are well maintained which makes it a picnic spot( Beautiful garden). For food only option is road side Dhaba. But you have to order food before. No food at runtime.

Its a great feel to be here any time. Sirpur was supposed to be a very important city in ancient times. Escavations here are mind blowing and a lot is coming up every day. This is surely a nice temple.

The temple itself is very old and the complex has large lawn and two museums which house many ancient artifacts. A visit here will take you back in time.
