Dear Guest, First, thank you for sharing your recent experience at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura. After analyzing your comments, allow me to apologize for not meeting your expectations. Nevertheless, the situations mentioned are not usual at Purobeach. We always believe that our guests can behave themselves accordingly however the groups were warned that they needed to control their behavior and noise, as they were disturbing other guests. We truly apologize for having to experience such inconveniences and, although we realize that explanations cannot completely erase the unsatisfying experience, these were unfortunate isolated incidents which do not reflect the usual standard. We stayed at the vilamoura tivoli hotel in a purobeach room which comes with 2 free teak beds in either purobeach pool or beach front. The pool side is a loverly venue it looks beautiful sun beds are very comfortable and with 2 good quality towels each bed and sun umbrella. …

Besides the excellent location of the hotel, overlooking the beach, next to Marina Vilamoura, the center of all animation, we have, in fact, a team of excellence that does everything to meet the needs and expectations of our customers. We are deeply sorry to know that your experience fell short of your expectations. PuroBeach is a different entertainment concept, which complements not only the existing offer at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura but also offers differentiation at all levels to the already existing beach or pool concessions. We always have other options to offer our esteemed guests, in addition to the Puro Beach we also have an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and the Purobeach on the beach with music-environment that we try to suit all tastes.The music from Puro Beach is part of the overall experience and branding. We are going to rethink the outside area including the pool and gardens, so that we can diversify our offer inside the Hotel.
