Nevertheless, the situations mentioned are not usual at Purobeach. We always believe that our guests can behave themselves accordingly however the groups were warned that they needed to control their behavior and noise, as they were disturbing other guests. We truly apologize for having to experience such inconveniences and, although we realize that explanations cannot completely erase the unsatisfying experience, these were unfortunate isolated incidents which do not reflect the usual standard. Great location but note caution on music
