Lindos is a lovely village with winding streets and plenty of cafes and restaurants. It's incredibly touristy, which is to be expected and very busy with people visiting the acropolis. As long as you accept that its full of tourist souvenirs and don't mind the donkeys its really nice

Lindos is such a pretty charming place to visit, there are plenty of small shops selling various gift items. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants to eat at. The cobbled streets can be a little uneven, so if you're not steady on your feet be careful!

Gorgeous little village. We hadn't planned on visiting, but we'd hired a car for the day and the guy recommended it. I'm so glad he did. It was much better than rhodes old town and easier to get to and park etc. We had lunch at a nice little roof top restaurant. Only thing is having to walk past the... More

If you are on Rhodes go to Lindos. It is a village on a hill that has kept the ancient architectural design, which is just awesome. The little street, that are so tight that only two people at a time can go through it, at the same time. All of this gives a little understanding how Greece was in the... More

Returning to Lindos always feels like coming home. I was lucky enough to have gone on package holidays with my parents when i was younger to Greece, Spain and many of their islands. Lindos was the first place to truly make an impression on me and aged 10 or 11 in the very early 80's I vowed to return. Since... More

An absolutely stunning place, a must see if you're visiting the island! I had an hours sleep before going (after going out the night before..) and I still didn't regret a single second once I was there, absolutely amazing! Gorgeous views over the bay! (Although there was a hell of a lot of walking!).

Nice little town that we explored during our trip to the acropolis. friendly locals and plenty of little souvenir shops are available and some restaurants however we didn't have time to try any while we were there.

As it is over 300 steps up to the Acropolis of Lindos, we choose not to walk, but we could have taken a donkey ride up if we wanted and then walked down. We decided to just walk around and check out all the tourist shops. This is a very picturesque area with the Acropolis in the background of the... More
