This Palazza is located on a lovely piazza. Citizen (town hall), Religion (church) and power in balance around the Square. All great façades. But when you enter Trinci you enter a world of old houses, history combined and organised around a magical stair into one...More

I spent a couple of hours here and still had time in my day to make it to Assissi and back before the giostra dell quintana. If you are visiting Umbria in June or September definitely look up the joust and visit Foligno. The Palazzo...More

First of all the town, in my opinion, is a basic town. It gives every appearance of being a "working class town" with historic components. Is it not Spello or Assisi. If you go to the Quintana celebration do a lot of research to avoid...More

I was shocked at how much I enjoyed this museum. I always enjoy visiting local history museums in Italy, but this was so much more than the typical example. Housed in a phenomenal medieval palace, the building alone was worth the price of admission. Add...More

You would never tell by the somber appearance, but this palace has incredible frescoes, amazing artworks and some mesmerizing architecture inside. In October it also hosts exhibits from internationally renowned photographers. Absolutely worth the visit.

A masterpiece, a real pleasure visitng this palais, full of history and well presented. The interior is astonishing, you never expect to see such a beauty. It is worthwhile a visit even if you are not in Foligno.

The Trinci Palace, dating from the 1400's,is a highlight of Foligno and definitely worth visiting. The affrescos, beautifully recently restored to their brilliant original colors, are an open, illustrated book to court life in late-Gothic Umbria. Unforgetable!
