At The Margaret River Chocolate Company we're mad about chocolate! With factories in both the Margaret River and Swan Valley wine regions of Western Australia and a concept store in Perth City, we have been making award-winning chocolate products since 1999. All three sites provide a fascinating insight into the world of chocolate, with free chocolate tastings and interactive displays, with the two factories also providing viewing windows to watch the chocolate products being made. The Margaret River Chocolate Company makes and sells a mouth-watering range of chocolate bars, chocolate coated delights, hand made truffles, novelty chocolates, chocolate sauces and much more. Both chocolate factories are open from 9am-5pm every day of the year except Christmas Day, while trading hours at the Perth City store mirror those of other city-based retailers.

Worth visiting here just to taste the hot chocolate. For the rest, it's a highly commercialised business aimed at maximising profit from tour buses. Rows of chocolate bars, buttons and animals are designed to appeal to the tourist - great if you are a chocoholic...More

Nice chocolate but not fantastic. A good stop over. If you have several days here you could stop by.

After looking at all the packaged goods and associated prices, this place comes across a a big chocolate shop. Could not see value. So settled for a single cone ice cream which was $5

I thought this place was more thsn just a shop and a cafe. There should be more for the children to do in the gardens. Good to watch the workers.

We can't understand why anyone would recommend this place. It's just a big shop plus a cafe, full of overpriced chocolate in various shapes and sorts The 'free samples' are nothing more than big buckets of chocolate chips (white, milk and dark), which most people...More

Love everything about the MRCF, amazing chocolates and the coffees are to die for. Bit pricey, but other than that, it's amazing

If you like chocolates then recommend you stop by the Chocolate Company. Large selections and also free samples to try. There's even a viewing section for kids to see them make the chocolates.

The best part of the chocolate company was the selection of chocolate to taste. Lots of variety to choose from and the chocolate was good quality. You can view the chocolate being made through a large window which was interesting to watch. They also sell...More
