Great overview of Fazer, fun guide and chocolates
Aug 2021 • Family
Didn’t know what to expect. The guide was actually funny, so the tour wasn’t long or boring for teenagers. We had an overview about Fazer and I thought it was just the right quantity. Covid has meant the interactive parts are now done by the guide but we thought it was ok. Obviously we liked the tasting at the end.

The guided tour at Fazer was really informative and fun. You get to taste the chocolates and you get to see how the Fazer products are made. I thought my money was well spend, booking this tour.

Fun place to visit for kids and chocolates lovers
Dec 2019 • Family
We enjoyed our guided tour in this center on 8 Dec 2019. It is located about 25 minutes driving from downtown Helsinki. Quite fun and interesting, especially for kids. We booked our tickets online in advance for English tour. The center has a nice cafe and shop too. The staffs are friendly. You can try as much as sweets/chocolates during the guided tour and will be given a goodie bag when leaving too. All in all, we were glad that we spent 1 hour in the centre. The staff also helped us to book a taxi when we were ready to leave.

Great fun and great chocolate
Nov 2019 • Friends
We did the tour with Kasper and it was a lot of fun! The tour involves bits about the history of the Fazer company, the chocolate making process, the ingredients as well as the other products Fazer makes.

For hygiene reasons, the tour is not around the factory itself, but the chocolate feast you get at the end more than makes up for this as does the gift bag you get when you leave.

Absolutely a must if in Helsinki, especially if you are a chocolate lover
Sep 2019
It was a rainy day and what better than to visit the Fazer Visitor Centre. Suitable for all ages with lots of fun stuff to do for children on eating healthily. Short tour round, then a video on the history of how they came to be and Karl Fazer. Not just about chocolate but about how they make other stuff in an organic way.
Then the best bit on a rainy day - as much chocolate as you want to eat - you can't take it with you but whilst you are there you can eat as much as you want - liquorice as well.
Then into the factory shop where the prices are literally factory prices and then we were given a goodie bag to take away.
Excellent chocolate too...

Very Tasty
Aug 2019
We took the tour of the Fazer visitor's center. It is a beautiful place. The guide was very informative and spoke great English. The highlight was the tasting room where we tried as many different samples of their candy as we could handle. The gift bag they gave us at the end was really nice as well. I would recommend you stop here if you have time.

Fazer Chocolate Tour
Aug 2019
Very interesting tour! 125 years of history condensed into an eight minute DVD. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and the tasting room was fabulous! All the chocolate was free to sample in a large airy comfortable room. After the tasting had ended we were led to a shop where we could purchase our personal favourites. The tour was around 1:30hours duration. There is also a cafe at the centre that sell light meals as well. Bus trip back to the cruise port/city centre takes about 40 mins.
Child friendly venue. Upon leaving the centre, all paying guests are given a free gift bag with several samples to take home!

A nice place in Vantaa

Very "sweet" place to visit. You can eat candies during the hosted round trip, and you'll get a bag with you when leaving. Of course you'll learn about the chocolate and other candies too. The brunch is also good.
