    Fabulous park, excellent rides
Best rides even over Disneyland itself. The park is not huge so it was easy to get around but there is a lot packed into this one. I had a 2 day pass and second day had the premier access (fast pass) to all the rides. We spent the morning here as it was well worth it to be able to skip the long queues. With one of these 1 day will be all you need in this park. Tower of Terror, Ratatouille and Crush’s Coaster were our favs. Would visit again!

    Utterly amazing
Love this place. Just back from my 8th visit. So much to see here with the shows. Stitch was brilliant. Mickey was fabulous. The roses are great. If just adults I’d recommend doing single rider as you skip the long queues

Parks are beautiful but not all the employees were very happy or kind. They make you wait long times for show and they don't let you sit on the floor but instead they want us including kids to be standing up all time so that more people can fit. The waiting times in the app not always accurate so wherever eating time say just add another 20 minutes. I order through the app a pick up food order and I confirm to my bank but never got the order number, so when I arrived to the restaurant they told me that they needed that number to give me the food, and if I didn't have that the charge was going to cancel automatically in 48 hours that was 5 days ago and the charge is still there. So I pay doble the food (on the app and in the restaurant when I ask)
Good afternoon, Thank you for letting us know about your experience in the Walt Disney Studios park. We regret to see your comments about the payment for the pick up order. If you still have not received the refund, we invite you to contact our After Stay department via our online form here : https://help.disneylandparis.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=6125893816850 . Our colleagues will get back to you as quickly as possible. We do hope to see you back again soon in Disneyland Paris. Lexi Guest Experience Team - Disneyland Paris

    Disappointed in character shows
Part of the shows are on a high roof where you can barely see it. In the afternoon the sun is behind them. It is all in French - so fast it is completely not understandable for a foreigner even if one does speak basic French. It is more talki g than action and there is no timeschedule for it. Evening show with drones is amazing!

The crush’s coaster was not for a child of 1.07 metres!
The crush’s coaster needs to be for older children, my 3 year old can on with me as we were unaware of the ride! It was horrendously frightening for him spinning around so viciously in the dark and broke down mid ride in the pitch black before all the lights finally came on and the crew finally rescued us after a good 10/15 minutes….. my son is now frightened to go on any other rides inside. Was really a very unmagical experience. Please review wether this is acceptable for such small children maybe some friendly advice that’s it’s a speedy grown up ride in the dark before you get on!!!

Disappointment in Auberge de Cendrillon with castmember of Cinderella
"We visited Disneyland on October 31st during Halloween. We have three children, one of whom is a 4-year-old girl who loves the Cinderella story. She was eagerly waiting for Cinderella in the Princess pavilion (though this time, it was Snow White). She had her face painted like Cinderella, which is why we decided to have lunch at Auberge de Cendrillon restaurant. However, this turned out to be a huge disappointment and shattered her dreams. Cinderella visited all the tables, except ours. We asked multiple times, and the restaurant's manager and staff assured us that Cinderella would come to our table. They promised this with 100% certainty. My daughter tried to sit patiently, waiting for her. I even approached Mr. Pascal, who was acting as Cinderella's 'bodyguard,' and asked when Cinderella would visit our table. He simply told us to wait. As Cinderella visited all the other tables, our table was the last one, but she abruptly left. Mr. Pascal was rude, impolite, and arrogant, especially in front of our children. My daughter asked me why Cinderella skipped her, if she wasn't good enough or pretty enough for her. We had no answers for her, and it was incredibly frustrating. The restaurant manager tried to resolve the situation, but it was beyond her control. The whole problem stemmed from the arrogance of Mr. Pascal and the staff around the princess. This experience had a negative impact on our entire trip to Disneyland, and we had to explain to our children why 'dreams never stop' doesn't always hold true in Disneyland. So, we strongly advocate for a #castdisneyland without these individuals as they shattered children's dreams. I am sharing this experience to prevent other children from undergoing similar disappointment in the future at your park."

Very good but I missed some things
I think the park needs more "content". I am not a fan of Marvel myself so I guess I was expecting more references to Pixar or the Walt Disney Studios. I did enjoy it anyway. There were some construction areas in the park so I guess they are going to add more areas in the future.

    Magical time!
We stayed in November family of 4 with our 12 and 16yr old daughters. We were staying at Santa Fe on site so didn’t buy the hugely inflated price of the premier access, just used our hour wisely in the morning and got on all the rides we wanted. Only thing we queued the longest for was the buzz light year ride, we only had one full day in the parks so it was tricky to find our bearings and we probably never got too see everything, only found the main info board on last day! As expected the food and gift shops are expensive. We took as many treats as we could but difficult coming from the uk with limited baggage. But overall it was a wonderful, magical experience, the Peter Pan show was just amazing!

The times of attractions could be better indicated for a better experience
We went to Walt Disney Studios with two objectives in mind this time: go to Hero Training Center (that we have tried for years) and meet Asha. Hero training center we managed and we were very happy of the experience. We met Shuri, our favorite Avenger. Meeting Asha was unsuccessful though. There was nothing in the application and we walked up and down to be able to find the place with a tiny poster saying we could meet her. When we arrived, no one else could enter the line. We thought we would wait inside for one of her breaks so at least our daughter could give her a hug and we could snap a picture. Our daughter had rehearsed the song “je fais le vœu” the whole month, and she was dressing as Asha. She would have loved to spend a few minutes with her heroine. I think these attractions could be better indicated in the application so you can be there on time, like the musicals or the other attractions.
Hi salacocahan, Thanks for taking the time to write a review following your recent visit at the Walt Disney Studios Park. We're so glad that you were able to experience some of our attractions and that you were succesful in meeting your favorite Avenger: Shuri! Regarding your other goal (meeting Asha), we're sorry that you weren't able to get to her. The Disney Character appearances are listed on the Disneyland Paris mobile app under "Characters" and you will find "Meet'n'Greet with Asha" listed in the Walt DIsney Studios Park. Her meeting point is indicated on the interactive map, and times are listed daiy for her apperances. As you can imagine, our brave heroine is very popular due to the recent release of the new Walt Disney Studios Animation Studios musical movie "WISH!" and her line can be cut early due to the number of guests eager to meet her. Please note that Disney Characters are not listed as attractions but rather have their own category on the app. We hope that you will be returning soon to try to meet Asha again, she will be visiting Animation Celebration until Janury 7th 2024 and will stay around for new entertainment assets in the future. Regards, Adam Guest Experience Team

    NYE celebrations are amazing!
We spent a couple of days in Disney and ended up celebrating New Year’s Eve here after almost being crushed in the main park. It was incredible, I can highly recommend it! The whole park runs efficiently it is clean and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We loved every minute. Thank you

We travelled to Paris and stayed at Santa Fe so were able to enter the parks at 0830 before general public. Even with this early entry all of the main rides in Walt Disney Studios were already at 60/70 min queues and due to heavy rain the other rides were not an option. Thought lining up for the frozen show but with everyone being made to wait out in the street in the rain, my 3 year old wasn't going to last the 40 minute wait. Even tried booking the Olaf meet and greet 4 times on the Ap (no other option) a dreadful system as it books up within seconds of the spaces being available at 0945 (AM spaces) 1315(PM spaces) Unless you go in one of the quiet months which I now know are weekdays in Jan, Sept and Nov, enjoying the queueing!!!

What a let down! Small, a lot of maintenance work, HUGE queues and just to kill the magic a little more staff who look like they have been forced into working there! Certainly no Disney magic in Paris. I am astounded that Disney even put their name to this shambles of a ‘theme’ park. Very disappointing indeed. I don’t think we saw a single member of staff in our three day visit (across both parks) who looked delighted to be sharing the Disney love! Save your money, you’ll queue less and find happier, more enthusiastic employees at your local theme park.

Very surprised at the lack of rides and what appeared to me to be poor replacements for shows or rides that have been replaced.

Example was the studio backlot tour...its shorter than normal and takes in a building site! No costume department and when you get to the part where London is trashed by a dragon, no dragon, just the odd ball of flame.

The Frozen stage show looked like it was cobbled together too, and part of the park was closed.

And then we had the issue of using the fast food restaurant at the entrance. One 'Cast Member' shouting at us for sitting down at a table, taking our coats off and me getting the family order (seven of us). Apparently she expected all seven of us to queue up, including bags etc. and then find a table once we had our trays...how stupid is that!

Very disappointed with MGM Studios in Paris!

After spending time in the main park it was really good to break away and visit this park. This probably has one of the most innovative rides we have been on. Ratatouille is immersive and brilliant and never got old, the kids loved the slinky dog ride. We didnt need to go on any other rides, the shows there were great and we all loved the stunt show and the star wars shows throughout the week. Literally cant wait to get back.

I am a huge Disney fan so it doesn't take much to impress me but to be honest I found this side of Disneyland a bit average. I like the look of the park... the entry is quite impressive with the fountain and indoor park (also a good option in winter when the weather can be hit and miss) and the general theming of the park is good. However it is much smaller than the other Disneyland park and felt very cramped in places. The ride wait times were also very long during our visit which was in the school holidays.
They had a Star Wars event on when we were there which meant you could buy themed food, there was a parade and daytime shows and an evening show with fireworks etc. These were all fun but again no comparison to the other park.
I hear they are looking to expand this park which may bring improvement
I don't think I would go Disneyland purely for this park but if you have multi park passes it is worth dropping in.

The Disney parks in France just don't compare to the Disney parks in the US and Japan (I've been to all of them). First, this parks is significantly smaller than the Disney Studio's in Florida and doesn't have the same selection of rides/shows. The lines are long and the staff doesn't match the expectations set by Disney staff in other parts of the world. They do a poor job at line management (especially the Frozen show).

Line cutting is apparently a "thing" at Disney Europe and the Disney staff don't care.

On the plus side they do a great job with multiple languages. The Ratatouille ride and Crushes Coaster are a lot of fun

In summary, this isn't bad, but for the Price and Disney band, I'd expect this to match Disney parks in other parts of the world. There's so much to do in this part of Europe, there are better uses of time and money

The annual pass is the best way for those wishing to visit the place more than 4 days in the year to come.
A life racing and stunt show is the highlight of this place.
Great attractions and shorter ques during winter.
We loved it.

Walt Disney Studios is definitely the better of the 2 parks. It’s smaller, however, they are currently building an expansion that looks to include an Arendelle/Frozen area, and a Star Wars area, although I’ve heard recently that the Star Wars plans have been cancelled and it will become something else, which is a shame. The Tower of Terror is my favourite ride ever. The Avengers Flight Force is also really good. The Toy Story area which is small, is also really nicely themed. We never rode Crush’s coaster because it was 120 min wait the entire day, as was Buzz Lightyear & Spider Man, and Disney charging people for fast passes now really irks me. We were never able to get reservations for any of the restaurants, so we had to do quick service which was just basic burgers, chips, pizzas, etc. This is a good park, but I really wish they’d get food in like in the other parks throughout the world. Even Tokyo had churros and spring rolls.

Our family are huge fans of Disney. The problem with this park is there are simply not enough attractions to justify a day trip and therefore the ticket price. It is a shame as some things are lovely - the Ratatouille area is themed well and the variety of good and drink stalls is good. If you go on a hopper ticket then fine but I would not recommend paying for this park in isolation - it is nowhere near as good as the Florida park.

Park is pretty great but if there are not a lot of queues you are done with it pretty quick. When I went RocknRollercoaster down for retheme, Crush Coaster down for refurbishment… that’s kind of 2 of 4 main attractions which leaves you with not a lot to do.
The park really needs more attractions … I don’t see anyone willing to pay admission for just this park because fun is going to be over in 2-3 hours!
Staff great park is fun … looking forward to the new additions.
