It is more than a museum. You can visit the garden and the inside of the house and feel free of sitting quietly or appreciating the details like you were a guest of every room. Very recommended.

The place is a bit quirky, but you really shouldn't expect a high class gallery when visiting this place. It'll give you a great insider view to the life of Dali and Gala. We explored the castle by ourselves, no guided needed, English explanations on...More

Although an easy train ride from Girona to Flaca, we had a fair wait for a taxi, which needed a phone call first. We arranged for him to return in a couple of hours, which proved to be ample time for us to take in...More

This is pretty interesting but to be honest if you are short of time go to the amazing Dali theatre museum in Figeueres. It's an odd shrine to an actually very conservative surrounding. Not much Dali work on display and it's mainly original furniture and...More

We cycled over from nearby Madremanya; the village and the castle (which is effectively > 1/2 the town) is supported by a huge modern parking lot to the west. Our visit was during a quiet period ex for a group of school-children (whose voices added...More

A quiet place to views and try and appreciate the history of Dali’s wife who lived here on her own, allegedly Dali had to be invited or request a visit. There is not a lot of Dali art and but it is an important part...More

We went to Pubol just to visit the Dali Gala castle and see the place that was the home of Dali's muse and wife! This was a place for Gala to rest and Dali could only come to visit after Gala ( Dali's Wife) sent...More
