Muddy volcanoes are one of the most beautiful places in Romania. The landscape is surreal and we felt like we've just landed on another planet. The volcanoes themselves are quite tiny - max 3 m, but the natural phenomena is extraordinary. All over the place...More

Great destination for one day trip with the family. There is a small hill to climb up to the volcanoes.

Is a very beautiful site, beware of the muddy explosions if there are any near the mouth of the volcanos. And the smell is not so great if you're close to them
