There are several trails and we took no 4 going anti clockwise from Kin Kin, as it appeared to be flatter. It took 3 + hours and was a very comfortable walk apart from the last hilly bit. It was beautiful and we passed cows, horses and alpacas, Lilly ponds.

Friends and myself recently completed the 3 day hike in the Noosa Hinterland. What a great time we had. The path is well maintained and mostly well sign posted. There are a couple of spots where you could deviate from the track inadvertently and a few additional signs would be good. The small towns of Cooroy, Kin Kin, Cooran and... More

I undertook the Great Noosa Trail Walk, a community organised walk which encompases sections of the Noosa Trail network. The walk started at Lake McDonald and finished in Pomona, via Kin Kin and Cooran - 60km over 3 days. The scenery is spectacular and diverse, ranging from rainforest to Aussie bush and pastoral. The trails were well-marked (largely thanks to... More

We had lovely views & a variety of tracks to choose from. The tracks are well signed & maintained & wide enough for two way foot traffic.

The Kin Kin Horse Ride which is on in August each year was a huge success with lots of happy riders from all ages. One man from Bundaberg said it was the best ride he has ever done in Australia.

We followed trail no 1, which is a circular walk from Kin Kin. Takes about 3 hours. We loved this walk. It's very rare in Australia to be able to walk through farm land (complete with cows), and this added to the experience. Great forests and views on a well maintained track. Just one creek crossing where u may get... More

The noosa Trail network provides a great range of options for biking and hiking. There is some challenging sections and some easier going sections, all of which are a great way to get outdoors.

This place has many trials throughout Kin Kin for all ages and levels. Great for horse riders, mountain bikers & trekkers. You will see some stunning country views and clear flowing creeks. Pop into Kin Kin General store for breakfast or lunch, organic coffee or healthy juice.

Have had many adventures on the Noosa Trail network. Especially love the climbs to lookouts, Tablelands Rd & Black Pinch Rd. It is great to get off the main roads away from cars & explore. Need some maintenance at the moment as the grass is getting very long.
