Took grandchildren over Easter break, nice to have a Beatrice Potter theme trail and choice of prizes at end. Helpful advise from volunteers on ground conditions. Nice playground for younger children. Must say Easter activities for children across NT properties worth the annual membership fee.

you can wander at will throughout the house with information files in every room as well as informative staff to answer your questions. A small chapel is close by and there are extensive grounds to wander over. A small café for light bites, drinks etc.

Well what can we say it was ace, lovely house and parkland, staff were enthusiastic and accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Cafe served lovely tea and had a lovely log burner. How the ancestors lived and still live there today, well worth a visit.
