From the around the grounds to the castle and church all was worth the visit. The gardens are beautiful - love the old apple trees. The rooms open to the public are most interesting and as each has a volunteer in attendance our questions were...More

Visited Croft Castle after visiting Berrington Hall over a year ago. The countryside drive up to the castle offers great views. The castle itself is not overly large and half is not open to the public. It is different to usual NT properties in that...More

Took the kids today and had a good day. The gardens are really nice and the views are too. We all enjoyed the walk round the house and did the quiz too. The walled garden looked really nice and the kids enjoyed both play areas.

We enjoyed our visit to Croft Castle. Nice kitchen garden and interesting house. Really fun looking playground if you have children. We didn't have time to explore into the grounds.

Went here on a nice day and took our dog where we were able to take some fabulous woodland walks seeing the ancient woods and seas of bluebell's. We didn't visit the house on this occasion but can say the grounds and gardens are just...More

I visited this National Trust gem last week. I recommend anyone visiting Herefordshire to take time out to visit this property which has been in the same family since just before the Norman Conquest. Much of the house, its contents and decoration reflect the c18th...More
