Had a good fun morning with the kids visiting this castle ruins. The village is really nice to wander around as well. Also, visit the pub afterward for a good meal!

This castle, although a ruin, is well worth visiting. A very interesting castle where you can imagine its layout in days gone by.

If you are in the area, take a little detour to see this "cute" castle. It's a small castle with a water moat and a wooden bridge to cross. We lucked out and had the castle all to ourselves when we went. The entrance wall...More

The Castle is in a lovely setting with a moat. Was quite impressed with the stonework of the Castle considering how old it is. Very pretty place.

This is a lovely little castle, we wandered around it and enjoyed the moat, walking around and through the remains of the building and enjoying the lovely location. It doesn't take long but worth a pit stop if you are passing, it's very pretty.

While not necessarily worth a long distance special trip (unless you are a committed castle enthusiast), Nunney Castle is a must-see if you are staying in the area. It is easily accessible (a couple of steps and some rough walking once you are there) and...More

Lovely little castle with moat. Only worth it if you are passing through but nice n nevertheless. The village is small but pretty. Stay at Penny's Mill if you go there though. That's not to be missed.
