The course was an excellent balance of observing and doing and was very informative. I learnt a lot. In addition to making a number of cheeses, we also made several breads, butter and chutney. I hadn't realised the process was so simple (simple but precise and easy to get wrong if not concentrating). I was a little nervous about being... More

Myself and my partner were looking to a fun hobby to do together, we attended the Great British Classics and learnt loads - whilst eating lots of delicious food. We are looking forward to attending our 6 week chef skills course which Ann has kindly worked around our busy schedules to accommodate. Would highly recommend for all skill levels for... More

This was the first time (and won't be the last!) that me and my daughter have been to one of Anns' classes and we enjoyed every delicious minute of it. The atmosphere was relaxed and Ann is so pleasant and knowledgeable. We were all asked if we'd like to participate throughout the class so it was a very hands on... More

We proceeded to make various artisan bread using the whey discarded from the cheese process, both of which were delicious. We were shown how the make... More

Discriminatory and vastly out of touch ... save your money and choose somewhere with a... More

Had a brilliant experience at the Artisan Bread making course. We managed to make nearly 10 different types of bread, both savoury and sweet, which all tasted delicious. We even learnt how to make butter and some dipping sauces to accompany the breads. Ann made it all seem so easy and there was a really nice relaxed atmosphere, which made... More

Just spent an excellent 2 hours with Ann on a patisserie course. Really enjoyable. Ann is so knowledgeable and approachable and passed on lots of tips. Got everyone involved. Will definitely be back to learn more.
