This area is so different from anywhere we have visited. The rock formations were unique. There are lots of easy walking trails to take. Various coastal flowers were in bloom. Free parking in all areas.

Spent 9 days in this area, staying in Lannion, about 15 minutes from the coast. So much to explore. Simply have to go back for 2 weeks next year. So clean, friendly people, everywhere is breathtaking scenery. It's a definite MUST!

There is a splendid route from Plage de Trestraou to Ploughmanac along the coast, the most spectacular being the first stretch to St. Guiric where there are shops, restaurants and toilets.

Wild boulders of pink granite scatter dramatically along the cliffs over La Manche by Ploumanach and you can walk along a well-marked footpath to see it all. A lovely meal can be had at the beach by Perros Guirec, where you can also see a carved stone monument to lost sailors in the cove. This is among the most beautiful... More

We adore this area of France. It's quite un-touristy but stunningly beautiful. The houses are like Disneyland wants to be - but authentic, real and unpretentious. The walk along the Cote de Granit Rose is stunning, wild and "the real France", as well as celtic. We had a gorgeous walk. The kids couldn't believe that mum was daring enough to... More

The weather had been cloudy and rainy during our stay in Rennes. Coming back from dinner one night, the proprietor of Symphonie Des Sens met as at the doorway with good news: tomorrow would be sunny. We absolutely must go, he said, to Cote de Granit Rose, the Pink Granite Coast. I was intrigued but the rest of our party... More

Really beautiful coastline. There are lovely beaches, stunning big boulders and rocks, the views are lovely and there are little rocky islands with houses/castles on. Don't miss Ploumanac'h, it's got a really pretty smallish beach/bay but with stunning rocks around with walks up high for great views. Really really nice.

This area of France astonished me. The whole area is gorgeous: the rocks, the views, the houses (well maintained). We stayed in the area for two weeks on Camping Le Ranolien, which is literally next to the Pink Rocks, where we had many walks and runs as well. There are many parking lots, conveniently located. The places differ a lot... More
