Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everything was awesome… We visited twice… One night for appetizers and drinks as well as Irish music!! Absolutely outstanding...Adrian the flute player suggested it as we met him at the Doolin ferry. We were not disappointed! The next night for an awesome dinner for 4... the food was piping hot, delicious and portions were perfect. Well worth the time and money!!

The best mussels ever!!! Very easy to order - food delivered hot, quick and delicious. We went back twice and loved listening to the music. Adrian - flute player told us about the place, did not disappoint.

This pub use to be a great place of music, pub food and drinks. But it had it's better times. But the Guinness is fantastic and sometimes there's live music in the evening.

Average, smell of the mens toilet was emanating into the dining area which was very off putting. Chicken pesto baguette was bland

After a long day walking along the cliffs of moher we decided to walk down to the village for lunch and our first stop was O'connors pub which was very busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table together and ordered our drinks and food. We gave them our table number and order and the service was pretty good considering how busy they were. The food was excellent and big portions as well. It's a good spot for lunch and dinner with music players in the evening if you want some traditional Irish music

Our family stopped by at a really rainy day and we were surprised of the homemade cooking. Traditional Irish stew, roast of the day, burger and vegetarian cottage pie were all tasty.

I visited in June and it was quite busy but there is plenty of parking just beyond the pub on the Left side of the road, limited spaces directly outside but had no problem finding a space, the music starts at around 9pm and it does get busy then

Hi. Planning to visit Doolin in April. Just wondering if anyone knew if Doolin would be quiet in April. I had a cousin who visited in March and she said it was very quiet. Any insight would be helpful! Thank you!

Probably in April you would have more locals and fewer visitors which in my opinion would be a great thing. After all, when do we visit places like Doolin ? You will love it . Have a pint for me !!!
