Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The owners are misplaced American's but incredibly helpful and friendly. We could travel back just to spend time with them! Great!!!

We ended up purching several items from this wonderful little shop in Doolin. The craftsmanship was great! We were able to customize the colors, designs, etc to fit what we would like. Wonderful customer service!!

Our last day in Doolin, we were leaving for our next stay in Ardara, also a must see. We liked a souvenir for the person that looked after the plants back home and the glass art that we'd seen by passing the shop seemed just right. The person in the shop was very informative and took all the time to explain to a couple of foreigners, that is us, the meaning of all the Celtic figures he uses in his work and how it works when he sends our purchase to our home address. This was really something else than a average souvenir shop.
