This is the best pitch an putt anywhere. I call it the Iish open of pitch and putts. It is situated ight by the ocen, with views of the Ciffs of Moher. The course hs pot bunkers, high fescue and winds, just like the Open. Wonderful fun.

One of the best pitch and putts I’ve been to. Not the usual 40 yard flat hole there was a bit of a challenge while still being good fun for beginners. Easy to get parking even in busy times and could put in hours of entertainment. A good activity if you’re in the area

This was the best little pitch and putt I could even imagine. Views of the Cliffs of Moher while you enjoy 18 holes of family friendly golf. My husband plays golf 1-2 days a week, my 9 year old just started playing and I play rarely and it was fun for all of us. Also very reasonably priced. It think it was 38 euros for all 3 of us. I highly recommend this on any trip near Doolin.

I am amazed more people aren't raving about this little spot. Some people wait a lifetime to bucket list "Golfing in Ireland". For almost nothing you can bang the balls around the hills, with the cliffs of Moher in the background. Of the pics we took in Ireland, these might have been the ones that made my friends most jealous. The avid golfers would bitterly attest," but you don't even golf!" Well, I did that day. My son had as much fun rolling down the hills as he did golfing, so that's another bonus. Only drawback is they don't sell beer, so bring a few with you.

Nice 18 hole course in the links style. Superb views especially from the 7th onwards of the cliffs, the Burren landscape and the Aran Islands. €8 for adult with clubs and charge of €1 per ball refundable when you return them.
Some of the holes harder than they seem with unforgiving rough and out of bounds.
Parking available and short walk to the village of Doolin for food and refreshments.
Family friendly as long as you let pairs play through.

This has to be one of the best values in Ireland. 7 euro (plus ball rental for 1 euro) for an unforgettable time. Short but challenging holes (avoid the fescue at all costs), incredible views of the Cliffs of Moher, and the welcome lowing of a gallery of cattle who seem somewhat interested in how your round is going. I played last year with my sons, and made a quick side trip this past week with my brother in law. 18 fun holes in under an hour. This place is an absolute gem.

I have never played a Pitch and Putt like this one. You are surrounded by rolling lush green hills. The biggest Cows you have ever seen roaming in the pastures and the ocean. The holes are creatively arranged and so much fun. The trick is making the weather work for you. We played on the one day that it did not rain for two consecutive hours. It was a perfect day!

Now, none of my friends or I are profession golfers but we were each able to hold our own on the beautiful, yet challenging pitch and putt course in Downhill. We had a wonderful time, and for the 4 of us it took about 2 and 1/2 hours to play 18 holes. The fee was fair, and you have an amazing view of The Cliffs of Moher and the Atlantic Ocean while you're playing.

We even had an incident with one of the clubs and the person managing was very forgiving even when they could have charged us for the damages. We had a wonderful time and look forward to playing again!

This course has enormous potential, an excellent design, great setting, however the greens are very disappointing, poor quality. With a bit of effort/investment, they could be much better.
