We had a wonderful time sailing the Connemara Lady out of Leenane, Ireland. A very nice catamaran, it had light bites and a full bar as well as restrooms.
We cruised toward the ocean until almost reaching the sea, before turning back. The views are outstanding! This was truly a trip highlight on our journey to Ireland!

A wonderful and comfortable experience and great commentary on the history of the landscape and peoples. The wildness and majesty of the scenery was breathtaking.
Very nice lady in the office who was calm and reassuring when we were running late for the sailing! Thank you.

Very enjoyable and relaxing way to spend an afternoon in the stunning setting of the fjord. The staff on the boat were very friendly. We would have liked a real-time commentary, but overall, this was a really good experience.

We did this on the last day of our holiday in Connemara and what a finale it was. The weather was terrible in the morning so went elsewhere thinking the boat tour was a gonner- how wrong we were thankfully!!! The day cleared up beautifully and on our way back to our accommodation I contacted the tour office on messenger enquiring about ticket availability for the next trip and received an almost instant response from Alex saying he would hold tickets for us, just come and pay on arrival. We did this and boarded the boat. What a wonderful experience it was, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had the audio guide on the way out, telling us the history and lore of the fjord and then we sat back and just drank in the scenery on the way back. Our youngest son (as well as other kids onboard) was invited to the captains cabin to help steer the boat on the way home - what an amazing experience for him (and us). The captain was lovely, so patient and kind. He gave us loads of time even though there were others waiting their turn, at no stage did we feel rushed. My husband indulged in a pint of Guinness (be rude not to) and others had lovely looking Irish coffees, so there was something for everyone. It takes about an hour and a half but to be honest it is the quickest 90 minutes ever!! I would highly recommend this trip for all ages - we had kids, teens, young adults and ourselves and everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pleasant and enjoyable trip. Interesting commentary, and friendly and helpful staff.
Scenery was not as spectacular as I expected, but was still worth it.

Great trip on the boat. Journey approx 90 mins. Great views but I'd say you'd need good weather for this trip ad views are great . Like seeing Norwegian fjord! The boat is quite modern .
Lots of room to sit and eat. Good value for money. Bring binoculars if you can to see great views.

This was basically a boat ride up the fjord at a cost of 70 euros.
There was far too much emphasis put on seeing dolphins- and we didn’t see any!
The boat ride is short and pretty boring.
We expected them to actively look for dolphins but they just went to the end of the loch and turned back around.
It’s a nice boat and you can get food and drink but that’s it.
You will see more by driving up the coastal roads and it will be a hell of a lot cheaper!

Amazing experience and truly peaceful. The boat had food and drinks of reasonable prices along with toilets of good standards.

The views can not be beaten and is 100% something that must be done if in the area!

We had an amazing time on the boat tour and learned a TON!! The staff was amazing and soo friendly. Joyce Sammon was exceptional to work with and made our time on the boat wonderful :). The views were stunning and it was super cool to see the mussel pods as well as the salmon jumping in the fjord. If you don’t cruise with the Connemara Lady you are missing out!! Incredible time!! Thanks for making our trip to Connemara even better!
