Wow, what a place. The sun shone, the scenery was spectacular, the whole family had an amazing afternoon frolicking in the sea. couldn't recommend this place highly enough, a must see.

It's basic but it all you need. Great waves, a coffee shop and rock pools ! Play ground not far away and easy walk to town.

Maybe we were just lucky with the weather But this beach is like a perfect little gem. It s clean, has a great few And There is relaxed atmosphere. Also It is really easy to Get to.

Stunning beach with golden soft sand. There is a coffee shop, hot terapeutic seaweed baths and toilets, free parking available. Cliff walk with nice views, great, friendly atmosphere. Recommend to visit, we will definetly return.

Beautiful beach with seaweed baths and a cafe.No rocks or stones,just sand. Go for the cliff walk to the neighbouring mens beach.Both sexes welcome on both beaches nowadays.

Great beach, clean, safe and great amenities like bathrooms, coffee shop and amazing seaweed baths. Worth a visit

Views are amazing. Locals are friendly. V few stones. Sand is beautiful. Views and waves just feed a sense of calmness. Kids love the penny mix treats at top of hill beside beach. Toilets are clean and bins provided etc.

Had always loved ballybunion as a child but sadly lack of planning showing. The two new houses on the beach are a sad testimony to the " greasy hands that oil the till" . In the past the public could sit there and the space...More
