Thank you for your comments. Firstly we will address the cost of our play area for little ones. Under 1's go free but, going forward, we will definitely look at prices for two years olds. Regarding the staff covering the rides, due to Government contact tracing and isolating rules, some of our staff have been absent but we have been doing our best to cover all the rides under the circumstances. We have technicians on the floor at all times to offer assistance and fix any machines that sometimes have issues. Thank you for your comments. We feel that these are not in any way justified. All our machines/games including the activities are priced on par if not cheaper than other businesses similar to ours. In fact when the changeover from punt to euro took place we maintained the same prices. In fact we have special offer nights such as wristband nights , where you pay once at the door and can do the activities and rides as much as you like. We also have different offers over the course of the year including ride ticket books and loyalty discounts. Our brand new redemption games that are €1 each give you a game as well as paying out tickets to collect for prizes..It is 2 in 1. Perhaps this is your first time in an establishment such as ours. We have been in business for over 90 years and give value for money for fun.

We are currently working on upgrading all the coin acceptors on the machines which will eliminate the issue of machines accepting coins and not working. And hope to bring in more new attractions in the New Year. We do apologise for the lengthy wait for the technician to come to your machine and the staff in the playcentre. Hi Katy, First and foremost thank you so much for bringing these issues to our attention. This is certainly not the standard that we would expect or accept ourselves from our staff. I would like to address each of the items that you have brought up. Firstly the chips that we have here, we have never had a complaint about them especially being dry. We do not want to give out greasy chips and have had a lot of compliments about this. We use all the best brand foods here including Big Als and our sauces are from Blenders. The curry sauce is,like most fast food restaurants made with curry powder and boiling water and always has been with no complaints thus far. All our food is cooked to order and it is standard procedure that when items are cooked that they would be brought down to the customer..... some food takes longer than others and the food would simply go cold if we waited for everything to be ready. I can appreciate your complaint about the sauce on the burger as i would be none too happy either about it. Alot of our staff are trained in both cooking and the front service and i presume that with having to put on another burger for you (and rightly so) that the cook wanted to express their apologies themselves. In regards to having no home made food... it is a fastfood diner and we do not claim to have homemade products so it is quite unfair to challenge us on this. You won't find many fastfood restaurants that make their own burgers, tenders and fillets etc... The staff member that had served you your food...... i can only extend our sincerest apologies about this. This not behavior that we expect from our staff and this is being sorted out. Hi, Thank you for writing a review and we are so sorry that you and your children left disappointed. The machines here do sometimes go into malfunction as it is with most electronic games , and take the money, hence we have a technician on hand at all times in such events. You do have to notify the staff in order for us to resolve the problem. All the rides would have been operational at the time of your visit and we have plenty of staff on duty to operate them. There is a large adventure playcentre here for children, a lazer tag arena, and a bowling alley which perhaps you missed as you didn't mention them. The playcentre is in fact fantastic value at €6.50 per child for unlimited playtime and the bowling is suitable for all the family. We are having a very special night next Wednesday and we would love for you to come back and see exactly what we do here. It starts at 6.30pm and runs until 9.30pm. You get your wristband at the door and can play the activities all night. This includes the playcentre, bowling, lazer tag (height permitting) the Carousel, the ladybird, the bumper boats, the trampoline and the derby racer. It is only €10 for kids over the age of 5 and €7 for ages up to 4 years. I hope you will join us on what is one of the highlights of our calendar.
