Review of: Kayak Killaloe
This was a fantastic trip, kayaking on the Shannon. Our guide Tagdh was knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous at first, never having been kayaking before but Tadgh put us at our ease, checked our life jackets and gave us basic instruction before we hit the water and the lads held the kayaks to make it easier to get in and out. The trip up the canal and onto the Shannon was beautiful and Tagdh's snippets of information about the history and wildlife enhanced it. There was also plenty of time just to relax and enjoy the scenery and the bit on the canal was stunning. Even the weather was perfect. And Tadgh took photos for us and shared them later so we didn't have to risk our phones on the water. A fantastic trip 10/10

Absolutely loved our outing...one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. Our guides were friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We were lucky to have perfect weather and a leisurely paddle up and back. Highly recommend. It was a great addition to our week filled with castles and history.

Review of: Kayak Killaloe
We did the Brian Boru experience yesterday and couldn't fault it - fantastic experience. Our guide Cillian was incredible, gave of lots of info but not so much that we couldn't just relax and take in the atmosphere and the sights. The 2 hours passed so quickly and the highlight was definitely seeing the turtle sunbathing on a rock in the canal at the end of the journey which was so unexpected. If looking for a tour that is well organised, runs on time, has competent staff and good quality equipment in a stunning setting, you won't be disappointed.

Review of: Kayak Killaloe
We absolutely LOVED our kayak adventure. Adam our guide was so patient as we had issues paddling straight at first. He was engaging and answered all of our questions. My boys ( 7&9) loved it. Enjoyable and manageable if you are a novice at kayaking. Thank you so much.

Review of: Kayak Killaloe
Myself and a friend went out in the morning with Grace. We had actually booked for the previous day, but the wind was quite gusty, so we were happy to postpone. Had a lovely morning, Grace gave great instructions, both before we got into the water and on it, when we found our kayaks going directions we didn't want them to! It was just the two of us with Grace, so we went at our own pace and took breaks as needed. The mix of canals and river was great, and the final stretch before heading back was absolutely beautiful.

Thank you for this great feedback, and confirmation for us that we will continue with our policy not to mix groups and allocate a guide to each booking. Great to hear you enjoyed the trip, especially the beautiful canal, and that you found Grace so helpful. I will pass this review on to her. Many thanks.
