Wonderful show!

Enjoyed the birds! They were allowed to fly onto our children's arms. You'll enjoy this also. It's a beautiful drive to Aillwee Cave.

We went off-season, in poor weather, so there wasn't a large crowd during the bird show. Perhaps for that reason, the trainers were very generous and allowed any person attending the chance to put on a leather glove and 'hold' a Harris Hawk on their arm. The kids (and parents!) were thrilled to be so close to a bird of... More

Enjoyed seeing several birds of prey close up and in flight. Nicely laid out arena and opportunity to hold one of the birds.

Visited the centre with my daughter and we were made feel important from start to finish by very friendly staff. Amazing selection of birds. Flying display was very impressive and educational. Getting to see a white tailed sea eagle flying up close was a spectacular once in a life time experience. My little girl was delighted that she got to... More

I have just visited these caged birds and I don't know how anyone can give it 5*. You can see the sadness on these beautiful creatures. Some are not behind wire but are chained with only about 12"of play on the restraints.in area where flying displays are held there is a huge eagle chained to a tree stump in the... More

There are 3 things to do here, and combining them for a few hours on a combo ticket is well worth the time and cost. For 18 euros we were able to start at this Birds of Prey center, and we certainly enjoyed walking around the different birds, in spite of the fact that I warn you their audio guide... More

Visited Alliwee Caves to see Santa and went to watch Birds of Prey with my wife and children. Excellent live show with the Birds of Prey, very passionate staff , explaining all the details of the birds and involved the children in the show. I highly recommend it.

We were there in September, probably during the week, and it was pretty quiet. We liked that aspect for sure. The information was interesting and the talks were fabulous. We missed the second talk, but my nephews went and really liked that one as well. All the kids had a turn letting the birds land on them and getting up... More
