Always a busy little spot so if you want to experience Irelands oldest public, try get in a little early. Very small inside but the outdoor area is huge! Fantastic atmosphere, always entertainment playing. Great place to visit!

My second visit and it's not changed. Excellent Guinness and great entertainment. It was reasonably quiet on the Friday night but after the rugby international on the Saturday it was bouncing! Don't expect a quiet evening!

Had a lovely irish coffee here after visiting the nearby castle. 25% off irish coffee with your castle visit ticket. Cosy atmosphere and lots of character.

There's a super organic cafe just up the road from Sean's below the Bastion b&b. Highly recommended for breakfast and lunch or just yummy drinks/snacks.
