While walking along the waterfront, we came across the tour. On a whim, we took the tour. It was a peaceful tour around the waterfront. We then went out to an island and saw a variety of birds. A pleasant time!

Ireland's Eye is a hidden gem in Dublin. We got a ride with the company with the small red ferries, and the boat was small and had a very strong diesel smell, but other than that the cruise was short and smooth. We spent around...More

Enjoyed the boat ride out to the island and learning about the history of the island from the staff on the boat. Birds on the cliffs, seals, and jelly fish were so amazing to see. We walked around the island and that was fun to...More

We got a boat trip from Howth to the island, €15 each. Really worth a visit on a good day. You'd need to spend at least two hours here.

Lots of birds, silence and chrystal clear sea. We stayed just over an hour but could have spent much more time easily. Best to wear closed footwear because of the paths that can be steep and slippery at times. There is a beach or you...More

We took Ireland's Eye Ferries out to this island. We very much enjoyed the short (20 minutes or so) ride over and back. The crew was helpful in getting us off and on the boat (the landing is definitely for the sure-footed). There are no...More

We were in Howth on a beautiful day and after a walk along the Howth Cliff Walk, we decided to take a boat ride around the island. The scenery was stunning and we spotted seals along the way in the harbor. A very enjoyable boat...More

An out-of-this-world experience for us that we had always longed to see those wonderful rocky, tree-less islands of Northern Europe, topping the experience with 1300-year-old ruins of a church and climbing around the island. Everything has been left untouched, without any protection and barely any...More

The word "easy" is relative! I don't have the best of balance and the sea was relatively calm where the stairs are so it was easy. There was someone was ahead of me to take my hand as I stepped off the boat and someone... More
