The walk up to the summit from town is a little taxing but not unmanageable. Wear walking shoes or boots as some parts of the path are rocky.

Great place to start a hike down to Howth Harbour, take the 30 /a bus up from Howth. Or walk up from the Harbour and finish here, Summit House 100M down from summit parking lot, bus stop also right here.

Beautiful walk to the summit even if we did get lost! We missed a couple of arrows, obviously distracted by the views!

Really beautiful scenery and is all things Ireland. Climbing out of the harbor the scenery gets better and better, The summit gives great views out to the sea, back to Howth harbor and into Dublin depending on weather and clouds and such.

If you want a lovely cliff walk and breathtaking views, I suggest you head over to Howth Summit. From there, you can see Dublin and do one of three different walks.
