We are a tour company specializing in luxury Irish tours and we service the entire island of Ireland, with bases in both Dublin and Galway. We are strategically located to serve you across the island of Ireland. Our range of services include airport transfers, executive chauffeur, luxury tours of Ireland, golf trips and private bespoke tours of Ireland. You can choose from one of our pre-planned tours, combine tours or create your own tour. We can organise everything from accommodation to green fees, from sightseeing to restaurant bookings we have even got you covered for everything else in between. Our local drivers are friendly and knowledgeable and can take you to all the main attractions as well as locations that are off the beaten path to experience some of the hidden gems Ireland has to offer.

Des Roache is your “go to” driver. On time, personable, and kept the coach clean despite our group continually dragging our muddy footsteps in! Most impressive, Des has a wealth of historically accurate information on each county we visited. He is easy both easy going and self-directed - anticipating our every need. We left our tour, not by saying goodby to a driver, but to a new member of our clan.

Des Doherty was our private driver from Luxury Irish Tours for nine days in August 2022. He was exceptional in every respect. He suggested several modifications to our itinerary which really enhanced our experience. The Mercedes vehicle was very comfortable.

I’d like to start by saying how immaculately clean the beautiful van we were driven around in was, and I can’t say enough about our driver Des, he literally made our trip so enjoyable, his knowledge on Irerland and all of the places we went was amazing he was kind thoughtful generous and respectful with a sense of humor like no other, I loved how he played music according to where we were when we come back to Ireland we will definitely be requesting Des and the luxury Irish tours You folks are five star for sure

We had the best of the best with Desmond Roche. We had a beautiful Mercedes’ van with 9 couples who are family. Plenty of room for luggage an our purchases. He would get the ladies a box of candy to munch along the way Being a true irishman always had a comical story or a suggestion of places to stop for pictures and several different food suggestions. He made us reservations to eat different places He really cares about what he does and the people on his tour. It was like we we’re family we always wanted him into eat with us every day was a new story and we lived it all through his memories of growing up there. Would suggest any ask for him by name. We truly will always remember him he is now part of our crazy family.

Luxury Irish Tours was the perfect choice ! Very professional while being personable. Beautiful 2022 Mercedes 20 passenger van with reclining seats with plenty of room for our luggage underneath. They went above and beyond by gifting us the one & only Des Roche !!!!! As our tour guide /driver /historic info machine/ caretaker/comedian / true Ireland born and raised 7th generation story teller that was agreed by all of our 18 person group the Best part of our 2 week trip! Des made everything happen for us no matter what was thrown his was he handled it with a smile. He made things fun, knew all kinds of interesting things to point out on our tour around Ireland and made sure we stopped at all of the picturesque places on the way to our destinations. We enjoyed him so much we wanted him included in all of our day, lunches , dinners he was a part of our vacation. 1000% will be asking for him to be our guide anytime we come back and recommending him to everyone. You will see many of these 5 star ratings in December because all our group feels the exact same way !! Des if you are reading this thanks again for a perfect job well done. What an asset Luxury Irish Tours has in you ! Hope to see you again !

Our family/friends took a two week tour of Ireland/England and Des was our tour guide for all of our Ireland trips which included Dublin,Derry,Belfast,cliffs of moher, Galway & back to Dublin again..We simply can’t say enough wonderful things about Des! He was knowledgeable and so funny not to mention courteous.. I had to make an unexpected trip to the clinic and he kindly drove me and waited for me and took me back to the group (he said it was the least he could do but of course it was above and beyond his responsibilities) the coach was very comfortable for our long drives through the countryside.my husband mentioned that his favorite song is the fields of Athenry and he simply took a short unplanned detour so we could see it and we got beautiful photos and a beautiful memory (again above and beyond) so if you’re planning a trip to Ireland please don’t hesitate to book Des for your tours you will not be disappointed..we’re still thinking back and taking about his great stories..we’ll definitely book a tour in the future with Des

First off, we have to highlight Des Roche During our trip, Des was most knowledgeable about everywhere. We went always gracious, and always willing to help.our trip began in Dublin. He brought us to Belfast and derry then to Galway & knock, leaving Galway, my wife Peggy develop cellulitis in her hand. Des accompanied her to a clinic and waited. He said it was the least he could do very nice always just some up our two week trip. We had a brilliant time and will absolutely recommend Ireland and the “son of Ireland” Des to all friends and family. Thanks again Sam and Peggy.

I would thoroughly recommend Luxury Irish Tours. The program that Claire arranged for the four of us was superb. We were boating on the Shannon River for two weeks and wanted also to include some overnight trips to sites off the river as well. Claire arranged for two two-day trips: one to Northern Ireland (with pick up in Enniskillen by Geoffrey) and the other to Galway (with Noel as our driver). Both Geoffrey and Noel were a pleasure to be with and very safe drivers. At very short notice, Claire also arranged for us to have a one-day visit to Clonmacnoise and National Irish Famine Museum at Strokestown with Pat when we were moored at Lanesborough. Luxury Irish Tours is to be commended for the choice of drivers who work with them. They were all high-calibre individuals and nothing was a trouble to them. Luxury Irish Tours greatly enhanced our holiday and we are indebted to Geoffrey, Noel and Pat - and most particularly Claire for making our holiday in Ireland so very enjoyable. Thank you all so much.

Not sure I can even put into words how much our trip meant to us. My fiancé (husband now…thanks to Claire🙃) and I forwent our previously planned 150 person wedding, and decided taking a trip to Ireland just the 2 of us resonated more with who we were as a couple. Found Luxury Irish Tours through Zicasso and immediately knew we found the person to make our dreams come true.
It may seem like an odd adjective to use…but, the trip was effortless…for us at least. She had taken care of everything from lodging… to tickets for attractions we wanted to visit… even small details like a bottle of bubbly and sweet note that was waiting for us when we landed in Dublin.
Our drivers Noel and Geoff added an element to the trip we didn’t know we needed. Genuine friendship and we saw Ireland through the eyes of locals versus visitors.
Counting down until we’re able to return. Until then Claire…thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You work magic.
