Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As regular visitors to Kinsale, a trip to the Boathouse Gallery was always a must-do - a real variety of artworks, many from local artists, and full of lively pieces that would look great in our home.
Now that we have moved to the area, we still drop in regularly to see what's new.

Happy to find fresh, tasty seafood, with nice variety of beer, and a photo gallery to browse while waiting for our food. Photos included history of the photographer, and Ireland, adding to our trip!

We enjoyed visiting this gallery the most of all the galleries in Kinsale. I was very tempted with a couple of items - the felt pictures and some ceramics. On the first day there was an older lady in charge and she was friendly. When I went back a couple of days later to decide which I was going to buy there was a younger woman in charge and she was gossiping on her phone the whole time so we didn't buy anything in the end. It is a pity as they have some lovely things in here.

This is a lovely gallery with a diversity of art. I purchased a painting here that they shipped back to me in Massachusetts and it looks as lovely in my home as it did in the gallery. Actually, even better. I look forward to visiting them again next year.

This is a quality gallery with a variety of styles of work a number of them of Kinsale. The work isn't that cheap but they are quality originals and would make lovely presents. The owners are very easy to talk to and are not pushy. The work is top quality.

Lovely artwork in a beautiful setting in the heart of Kinsale. All original painting, ceramics, jewelry and more. Lovely staff that encourage browsing and answered questions as they arose.

Kinsale is a hub for artists and the Boathouse Gallery has a fine selection. A 'must see' when in town.
