Our party of four enjoyed our dinners including calamari, tortellini, monkfish and cauliflower soup. Everything was quite tasty, fresh and presented nicely. The bar and wait staff were very attentive and accommodating while we dined and watched a boxing match in the bar. Good drinks and Guinness.

From live music, to great pours of Guinness and other favorites, this is a spot you want to try in Kinsale. They're association with Newport, Rhode Island, USA, is another plus since that is where my wife was raised, and the Bellevue Avenue sign out front will be familiar to all who have visited Newport, Sister City of Kinsale. We had one drink here and all we could say was it's grand! Grand meaning it's clean comfortable etc but it just doesn't have an atmosphere for the people who want a real pub feel. Would we go in again absolutely yes but lads come on pubs need to have a heartbeat and that doesn't mean loud music it TV's... More

We loved The White House! We sat at the bar for happy hour and had a ball. Liam made it extra special, showing us how to do a perfect Guinness pour. We felt very comfortable and welcome. We stayed for several hours (and pints) instead of a quick drink as originally planned. Food amazing!

It is like the real White House, lots of people work there, but none of them really care about you. We went in for an early dinner, the place was busy, but not slammed. So we sit, and one server, two servers, three servers , walk by, they all see us at the empty table, they all make eye contact,... More

A family visit to Kinsale rounded off with a great dinner, in the pub. Family friendly pub with all the character of a great Irish bar. I had the Special of the Day, which was the Sea Bass. It was off the scale, in terms of how good it was. The rest of the family were all equally satisfied with... More

Had enough time during our Shore Excursion for lunch in Kinsale. Stopped in The White House Pub. Fish chowder was great. Also got a seafood sandwich and salad and some steamed muscles, which were delicious.

Great place for lunch! Us Aussies wanted to try a traditional Beef Guinness stew and we were not disappointed. Tasty meal at a reasonable price and friendly service

The daily specials are a great way to go, but I saw a steak delivered to another table that also looked amazing. The starters may be a bit overpriced but the scallops we had were very good. Great pub atmosphere.
